I’ve read a couple of things here and there but it’s not completely clear to me if the IMMPACT lawsuit just failed. What should we do? Join another lawsuit?

My hands are still shaking. This wait has been so exhausting emotionally.

My I-485 went from “We are actively reviewing your case” to “Case is still being processed by USCIS”. First update in 9 months after our interview.

Not sure if this is a good sign and me and my wife are kind of freaking out right now.
