Is anybody having a stuffy nose with pramipexole, and how do you manage it? Do you use any nasal spray, and which ones?

Anybody having very low motivation under pramipexole's lower dose and feeling better at higher doses?

I'm currently at 0.375mg and it just makes me tired, the first day I would feel a pocket of motivation but not anymore.

I'm about to get to 0.750mg , anybody have any experience with that and getting better when they go to 0.75mg and higher?
