Zero Tolerance policy on hate speech. Period.

This shouldn’t have to be said. Act like grown, mature adults. If you can’t, find somewhere else.

Hate speech will get you perma banned.

And keep politics out of the sub.

Again, if you can’t be civil, and can’t acknowledge basic public common decency, find somewhere else to offload.

Since when are “mobile ticket screenshots” allowed?

Have used StubHub for at least a decade, buying and selling. Bought a pair of “mobile download” concert tickets for a Mumford & Sons show next month a while back.

Just received an email saying “the delivery method has changed to mobile screenshots”. What?! Since when is this allowed?

They go on to say explain how dynamic vs static barcodes work (duh) but don’t bother to address the much higher scam risk now if that person scans before me (or even being able to actually validate that these are indeed static barcodes).

For a huge show like this, can’t believe they’re allowing this method of ticket delivery. One of the few times I’m traveling to a show, and pretty paranoid about this.

The square footage and number of bedrooms is wrong on our appraisal

Residential high rise condo. Colorado. Refi, no cash out. Not a new build.

I’m getting the runaround so far. I am baffled. The appraiser listed 2 bedrooms instead of 3, and I have no idea where they got their square footage number (lower than actual). So those two items of course are causing an inaccurate low appraised value.

I pointed out that it’s public information on the county site that they can independently verify. Nothing.

I am just dumbfounded that this wasn’t met with “We’ll get that corrected” rather than getting passed around and now ignored.

Thoughts? Experiences? I’m at a loss.

Edit to add: I expected this post to get zero comments lol. Surprised at the volume and some of the negative/harsh comments. Either way, tried to provide explanatory comments that could’ve been better included in my original post. Not here to argue (it probably appears that way right now). Just frustrated, and I’m apparently doing a piss poor job explaining the circumstances here.

Edit 2: The appraiser was onsite for 5 minutes, was present with her the entire time. No measuring was apparent, just took iPhone photos of the unit.

Edit 3: I forgot to mention, they also overstated our HOA dues by $600. Not that that impacts much of anything, but an example of the “weirdness” of this appraisal.

We now have two megathreads to help clean up the main page: a “what grade will this get” megathread and a submission timeline megathread.

Change is hard, and always takes time to get used to. These will really help to better organize the sub, and for our members to be able to quickly review for any related questions to see what others’ experiences were, or to comment your own situation/question.

8 autos, all garbage. Very little color/numbered in general. More reptilian refractors. A couple of Flagg, Kon, and VJ but nothing of note. All of the 1st Bowman’s are worth a penny sleeve to hold. But man I lost my ass on these 2 boxes.
