Just as the title states, I’d like some advice! I’m currently 5’10, 62kg and eating about 1600-1700 a day.

Hi, I’ve gotten great advice from a post a little while ago, but I just wanted to receive a bit more feedback!

After a period of under-eating I’ve been trying to slowly get my calories back up to what Google/calculators say my maintenance should be - as a 5’10 61kg female roughly 1800-2000?

I’m at around 1500 at the moment with ~100g proteins day. My end goal is to have an actual body recomp where the muscle I’m trying to build will be revealed (a leaner look, as Ive always sort of fit into the skinny-fat category). I’m currently strength training 4x a week, with cardio 2-3x.

I’m basically looking for advice on if this is an okay strategy, and what sort of time period I should be looking at for adding calories back in and then eventually fat loss/ how to get back up to my supposed maintenance without extra fat gain.

Any feedback would be much appreciated!!
