Here's the beast, i'm hoping to play more with him this season

Here it comes, i love those dudes

finished the backpack and half of the weapon. it's coming together guys.
Tonight we try to print the thing to test the details

starting to pose our primarch, the cape is finally done and i'll be moving to the skirt, weapons and backpack very soon. Here's the concept next to the 3D model so you can see where i'm going.

I'm still undecided about the cape but here we are.

doing some progress on the sculpt, the core elements of the man are here and i'll go for the first printing test tonight to see if the details are sharp enough i can see them on the printed mini.

Here's him next to a regular captain to have a rough idea of the size differential and i'll tell you guys how it went once i have everything done in the next few days.

it's in the title, i miss vulkan and i can't wait for GW to release the model in 10 years or more. So here's the plan, i'm going to design and sculpt an updated version of the dude.

The goal is to refresh the design to modern technology of the 40th millenium while still keeping the aura of the original horus heresy model. Guilliman and jonson have followed the same path, modern armor, weapons and drip.
