Hi. I had colleague gift me their old T-Maxx last week. It hasn’t been used in 2 years and was heading to the garbage bin. Anyway. I’m completely new to the hobby and learning as I go. I recently replaced the carburetor and I’m running into issues that I didn’t have prior.

1. When I start the car, it begins to creep or lurch.
2. It suddenly cuts out after running for a few seconds when the throttle is engaged.
3. There seems to be an issue with the transmitter in that it seems to not do what I want it to do ,i.e., turn and go.

Wondering what could be causing the issue and what are possible solutions.

The batteries in the vehicle and controller are new. The car has less than an hour of run time since I got it.
