Problem with Android app

Trying to watch Road to KOPW on the World Android mobile app. The video buffers every two seconds. Never had this problem before. Videos play just fine on other sites and apps, so it appears to be an issue with World. Is anyone else having this problem?

Opinions on Parsifal?

There is no shortage critics, authors and commentators with opinions on the content and meaning of Parsifal. Many of them say that they are right the others are misinterpreting this or that. Are there any authoritative or generally accepted works of analysis on Parsifal?

Would also like to know what people think of the content on https://monsalvat.no/

Is this correct?

My friend wants to go to Germany and Spain. She requires a Schengen visa. She was told by a travel agency that she should apply through the French consulate as it's easier to get approved, even though she has no intention of going to France.( Though she didn't ask, I guess this would involve supplying flight reservations and hotel bookings for France which would then be cancelled).Once she has the visa she was told to just go to Spain and Germany as planned.

This sounds suspect to me. Could it possibly be right?

Parsifal at Met 2027

Does any know if this a revival of the 2013 production which appears to have been quite well received?

Also the website says tickets will be available to general public "in June". Does anyone know the specific on sale date?

Newbie question

Bu way of background, my gf and I recently went to our first opera (Turandot at the Met). We both loved it and would like to go to more operas. We are even looking into an opera trip to Europe next year. The issue is we want to see opera in a traditional, classic presentation and not in a modern one. For example I recently saw a YouTube clip of one of the Ring operas which showed a guy with an assault rifle! This is exactly the kind of thing we want to avoid.

So my question is how can we tell ahead of time which productions will be traditional or modern?
