UPDATE: There are three!!!

I found three kittens in Adam’s Morgan around 6am this morning.

They’re very friendly, look pretty clean and like pets. They know how to use a litter box so I thought he might be a house cat that escaped.

All of the shelters near me are directing me to DC animal control who says they will TNR the cats. I’d like to help find them homes. Any advice?
