Ive lost my son yesterday at 21 weeks +1. it was my first pregnancy.

No one has noticed anything going wrong during my screenings and appointments. Moreover everything seemed perfect on paper, and then my cervix opened suddenly, sac in vagina and nothing could be done at the moment.

i am diagnosed with ocd and fear of that exact situation followed me during my whole pregnancy. And here I am with my child gone on 21st week.

No idea if I’ll be able to repeat it all again trying for a new pregnancy. Could you give me any advices how to carry on and heal?
