Costs for building a pickleball court

I would like to build a dual-use pickleball/basketball court on a lot near my house. The area is ~150m2 and the following building requirements apply:

Concrete strength: ~3500 PSI

Slab thickness: ~5 inches

Reinforcement: Welded wire mesh, rebar grid, or post-tensioned cables

Finish: Medium broom or fine float, no steel trowel (surface must accept acrylic bond)

Does anyone have experience with this and how much this should cost here in PH? The reason I ask here before going to the local builders is that I want to avoid being "foreigner-priced"...

Trustworthy way to find leasable land

I've been living in the Philippines for over a year. I really like it and plan to spend the rest of my life here. I want to buy a piece of land in the countryside and build a house there. Since foreigners can't legally own land, I need to find some that is available for long-term leasing. Since I'm relatively young, I need a 50+ year lease contract in order to be able to live out my life here. Unfortunately, these are hard to find, and of the three times I had thought I had found the right place all turned out to be scams. One guy even offered me a piece of land that wasn't his, and I only found out last-minute because I personally checked with the land registration authorities...

I have spent the last six months searching (mostly via facebook) without success, and I'm tired of traveling sometimes for 24+ hours just to find out that it's another scam. Can anyone recommend some online platforms or real estate agancies that are trustworthy, i.e. that actually vet the people putting up their land for sale/lease?

Thanks in advance
