How to stop black and white thinking?

Hello everyone! I lost around 20kgs doing adf in 2024. But gained 5 kg and I am using adf to lose weight again. But I struggle with all or nothing mentality. Like today was my fasting day, but my brain was so focused on food, which usually doesn’t happen so I thought let’s do omad. But I know I can’t do omad because once I start eating I get hungry again and again. How do you deal with this? Should I fast tomorrow or eat normally and get back on track on my next fasting day
