I’m on probation as I started the job 5 months ago , I failed my hearing test , awaiting to have another after seeing a audiologist. If I fail the next one what will. Happen ?? This is my dream job and I’m really good at it . I’m a team leader on track so passing is needed but will they sack me or help me , offer me aids etc . Thank you
