The plaintiff says her partner places items like iPads and ceramic dishes too close to the edge of tables and counters. It makes her nervous! But the defendant says he's actually saving himself some time by doing this. These flatter items are easier to grab when they are on the edge.

A couple used to have a tradition where they would give each other a "safety kiss" as the last item on the mental checklist when going somewhere in the car. The tradition fell away, but now that they are expecting their first child, the plaintiff wants to bring it back. The defendant is against superstitions and perfunctory kisses.

If a Jewish holiday falls on a weekday, is it ok to celebrate it on the weekend instead? The plaintiff says yes. The defendant says NO!
