Front end lead

I recently got an opportunity for an interview as a front end shift lead. Going on this sub I'm suprised at the things people say but not by much. Right now I'm a shift lead at a walgreens where I work overnight. However I have been trying to switch shifts to no avail. I was wondering what did the shifts look like? What time does the lead work and how is the work? I was originally thinking of staying with wags till September when school begins and working two jobs but I wanna know if its realistic with the schedule

I'm 23F that lives in New York, USA and I'm looking for a new job. I've worked at multiple places like fast food, retail, grocery. I have years of customer service experience but right now I'm trying to find a new field. I don't have a college degree yet. Honestly I have no interests as I've struggled with depression for years. Right now I would just like a job that has little socializing and pays well.

Right now I'm a shift leader at a retail pharmacy. I get paid $19 with a $.75 differential. I work overnights so I don't have to deal with as many people but working overnight is taking a toll on me and I'm looking to change. I'm not sure what to or what is even out there.

I'm currently a part time student but I'm not even sure of what I should study in school. Right now I'm majoring in sociology (but I've only taken general requirements) because I've always liked history and culture but I feel like its not worth it and I should change. I don't plan on being a social worker. I just want to have enough money to move out of my parents house and live comfortably. I don't have any friends or anyone to ask for advice. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I would really appreciate it.
