Issues with studio app (MarianaTek)

Studio owners / operators / managers…

Has anyone else been significantly impacted by the MarianaTek outages this week?

This is the second major outage we’ve experienced in the last 72 hours, and today’s has been especially difficult.

Beyond members not being able to book, cancel, or see waitlist updates, we’ve been running live classes without access to our rosters for check-in, couldn’t verify waivers, couldn’t sell retail at the front desk, and members haven’t been able to purchase our summer sale after we had already emailed our entire community about it this morning.

We’re estimating we’ve already lost well over $1,000 between waived late cancel fees, abandoned sales, missed retail purchases, and staff time spent manually responding to messages. More than the financial hit, it’s frustrating because our members don’t see MarianaTek… they see our studio, and it reflects on us.

For those of you using MarianaTek, is this level of downtime / outage frequency typical, or has this week been an anomaly?

And for anyone who has switched away from MarianaTek, where did you go and would you recommend it?
