Not to say which set of migrants deserve it more or less, but how can people bring themselves to the point of instituting a ban that stops spouses from living together as one? Like they can dare to make a case for economic migrants but for family immigration it's just crazy!
Seeing how this ban ends up putting unnecessary strain on spouses that have to keep living apart in different countries with no hope to finally live together is just heartless. A lot of them have already done a long distance relationship for some unbearable numbers of years to pass through the i130 process and NVC and even done interviews, all to end up having to indefinitely wait again!
It's just heartless and painful and I don't know how those affected can even manage to cope!
