I was just hired at a Nordstrom location and wanted to buy a pair of shoes for work specifically at Nordstrom rack. I gave the Rack employee my employee code/pin and tried to pay with debit but it didn’t work (maybe because I wasn’t asked for a pin) and she said I needed the Nordstrom employee card. I know I can also pay with a gift card, but since I was in a rush, I ended up just paying full price with a credit card.
Am I able to bring them back to the same Rack and return then rebuy with cash or the employee card? Not sure how annoying this would be for the Rack worker or if this is doable.
I’m also not too familiar with how the employee card works yet. Is it like a credit card?
