Is there a way to build my own website without coding/web development experience?

Recently I had an idea about a website because I saw a huge flaw in a certain industry and want to change it for the better. I don't have the money to hire someone to build it for me, especially because I know it might be complex to make in terms of the algorithmic aspect of it. I tried to look for other posts relating to this topic but haven't found anything satisfactory. Any help or guidance would be appreciated! I just want this project to be a secret until I'm ready to launch it one day

ELI5: How do bot accounts work?

Where do bot accounts come from? How can a bot basically imitate online human behaviour but not be real? And why is it usually nsfw accounts that have bots?

I was working in a hospitality sector for a new business by a CEO that already has multiple small businesses and probably never worked a regular job ever. Since the interview, it has been known that I only had 3 weeks of hospitality experience so it's obvious that I wont be perfect and will immediately know every single thing. He even said himself that perfection is not the goal and that he cares about his staff more than customers, okay.

We met last thursday, it was all good, did a "training" day on friday which wasnt really even training it was mostly him yapping about how we're gonna set coffee machines up and other things. The business started this Tuesday and he was sat observing until yesterday. Today ive been told by the manager 30 minutes before clocking out "Im sorry to have to tell you this [CEO NAME] told me to tell you that youre gonna be let go, he wants someone with more enthusiasm and experience"

He didnt even bother letting me know what to improve or what to do differently, he only focused on the amount of sales we were making and what customers are talking about regarding the cafe.

I thought I finally secured a job that was close to where I live, had uniforms, cards (it was inside a council building), everything. So i thought "okay there's no probation period so Im confident in this"

Usually getting fired doesnt hurt too much, but this time it did because I really tried to be better, smiling more, speaking softer to customers, making drinks and food quicker and more efficiently. I just find it crazy that he judged me based on 2 days of work when we literally just started and not everything was thought-out well, he kept asking us what we needed that was missing, tech problems, customers were complaining about prices of things (he was charging London prices in a working-class, deprived area).

I just wanted to vent because I feel kinda down about this, I had hope that maybe things will get better financially for me, looking forward to feeling comfortable again in a few weeks, only for my life to be put on pause again.
