Redmi 2 2014811 is currently showing no service Sim card is detected but service bars are grayed. SIM one and two IMEI numbers are same. How can I make the network work again?

Growing up in a christian home, raised as a Catholic for further specifics. Though I was raised in one I never confined myself to one congregation i visited lots and lots of churches i.e SDA, JW. I always never had problems with other people's beliefs I figured getting along is more important than classifying ourselves by mere doctrines. In all my learning of other peoples perspective on life I have never been so moved by one I came across on YouTube which is titled children of the serpent narrated by credo mutwa interviewed by David Icke. It's an interview for the open minded. I would love to know whether my fellow Zambians have come across this as well as your thoughts on it. Not to deter those who haven't seen it I'd love to hear from anyone willing to share your thoughts as long as you watch it?
