What do the Rs on Austin’s and James hats stand for?

After the recent tragedy just a little over a week ago. Now tonight with what went on. All over people are talking about how the bullying needs to stop etc etc YET people come on here and I see people blaming this person or that person . Oh this one shouldn’t be battling now and should get off etc etc.
Everyone talks about peoples mental health yet it seems someone’s mental health doesn’t matter when people want to blame certain people or tell them they are horrible for battling. Do people not think that it might start screwing with their mental health too? What makes that ok? Why is that any different?
