Help with print issue

I have printed this file several times on my old printer and can't figure out why it's not printing well on the U1. It seems to be almost impossible to articulate and so much so that it that there are cracks on some of the joints. The only difference is this time I used a matte PLA and I've printed it with silk PLA before. But why would that make it print differently? Here is a link to the file I am printing from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1790624

Help, I have children waiting for these! 😄

Owned my U1 for like a week now and so many errors!

Either I got a bad unit or I'm doing something wrong. I just don't see how I could be doing anything wrong when I'm seemingly having so many weird errors pop up. The latest one is a filament loading anomaly. The set of instructions to troubleshoot were so involved that I was overwhelmed so I decided to unload and re-load the filament and that process went just fine but upon re-starting the print, another error came up. I just want to print! I feel like I spent good money on this machine to be dealing with so many little issues. I will say that it does seem like there are many issues with filament loading and unloading. I have had to remove the tube and manually pull the filament out of the toolhead at least 3 times now in order to unload the filament. Does this seem to be the norm or should I be asking to swap my machine out?

New U1 and first error and can't print 😭

Got a calibration error and now I can't even print. I did submit a ticket but wondered if anyone has had this happen and can offer any solution. The error is a a calibration error code 0003-0053-0000-0027 and when I go to the wiki page it says to contact Snapmaker support. The only thing I did different this time when sending a print which I now am regretting was I checked the box "Extrusion Flow Calibration" in Snapmaker Orca since this was a big print and I had changed filaments. In my defense, it did suggest that I do that so don't come at me. LOL!

Anyone experience this? Also, it should be noted that the toolhead 1 was engaged prior to beginning this print. I noticed in one of the troubleshooting things that came back in a google search it mentioned something about all the toolheads needing to be detached. Help, please!?!

U1 Arriving tomorrow!

Was upgrading from FF AD5X to a Creator 5 Pro but the long delay got me frustrated and so I pulled the trigger on the U1. Still consider myself an amateur just for fun 3D printer owner. what recommendations do you have for accessories I should purchase or print for my new U1? Lid/enclosure maybe? Any cool prints to test it out? I have grandkids who love ALL the things!
