Ah! Just slipped over walking past my water meter so I investigated and found it has a leak right where it goes into my property. Is this worth me digging into it or should I call a plumber?

I wasn't able to attach a video, but here's the meter and where I can see the leak coming from.

Looks like it's losing about 3L every 4 seconds, though I didn't check to see if we were using water at the time.

The last water bill was $100 more than expected, too.
