I've had a pretty awful 24hrs with flash flooding and sitting in two feet of water most of Father's Day babysitting a failing pump. Plumbers are on their way today and the SN Operator just showed up so I will be launching my retro streams this week, starting with a Zelda ALttP playthrough.

Had my feet scanned at physical therapy today and was curious what this group thinks. Main things I noticed were medium arches, average width, somewhat narrow heels, and higher pressure through my left forefoot compared to my right.

I’m mainly dealing with general back/neck/shoulder tightness and trying to understand whether anything in my foot mechanics could be contributing. Not looking for a diagnosis--just curious what stands out to people who know foot function better than I do.
