Problem with USB
My MicroFreak has been behaving perfectly after clearing up an issue I had with noisy power supplies causing me grief. However, recently I wanted to rework my patches so I tried to use the Midi Control Center to do some patch cleanup. When I connected my laptop to the MicroFreak, the Midi Control Center would not connect. I've tried different cables. I've tried a different computer. Nothing works. I can power the MicroFreak via USB, so I know the port isn't dead, but it doesn't want to connect to my other computers. I've opened a support ticket with Arturia, but they have not been much help and I haven't heard from them in several days.
Anybody else experience this? If so, did you find a solution? My computers are an Intel MacBookPro and I also tried my M4 MacMini. Neither worked.
