Graduation cake I made for my nephew
It was my first time icing a square cake. I found it very difficult. I used meringue as the frosting because that is what the recipe called for. It is a yellow cake with lemon curd for the filling and frosted with meringue, ATC recipe. This took two batches of the recipe.
