For some reason it took almost three days to pick up my car from the lot when the app says one buisness day. They even lied and said that they tried to pick it up but it wasn't released yet. I was at the lot at 8am day after the accident, it was released.

Now its on to the adjuster and it says 2-3 buisness days. How many days can I expect this process to take? Is there anything on my end I should be doing?
