I was able to get the advent calender and was so excited to open. there are some really cool teenie squishes my nephew loved in here but my teenie jellyfish came broken. the inside splattered all over. was looking forward to this one most of all and now I'm devasted because there's no stock of the jelly squish anywhere else... I reached out to customer service to ask for a replacement but I have no hope. Sorry for the long post but I was wondering if anyone had any luck with their customer service? I absolutely love this charm my friend got me! It's for my birthday we put yesterday's date and my birth flower 🥺. I have never had anything engraved and I know that people say the engravomg can fade, but idc. It's so beautiful.
