Later this year we're looking to take on a staff puppy. Me and wife have had dogs before but new to this breed. In parallel we also want to adopt a rescue cat / older cat ( likely before the pup).

Has anyone had experience with Staffies mixing with other pets, specifically cats in their homes? Have seen a few rescue staffs in my area with a ' not suitable to be housed with cats ' warnings from the shelters which has made me think. Any experiences anyone can share very welcome.

Not new to Sardines like some and have loved tinned fish and sea food in general for many years.
Came across the 'Sardine diet' a few weeks ago and thought I'd give it a try for a week. Anyway couple of days in my hay fever symptoms were crazy strong on a day with reportedly low levels of pollen.

I just wanted to check in with others who'd tried the diet to see what your experiences had been like? I've read oily fish have high histamine levels so wanted to see if this could have been a potential trigger or if others feel this may have just been coincidence etc.
