I recently joined JPMC in India and I am subjected to PAD. I don't have a trading account and I only deal with open ended mutual funds. My father has a trading account and often deals with stocks. I dont have a say in what stocks he buys and sells and he uses his own money but we stay together. Will he be subjected to PAD as well?
