I have have been player and GM for several campaigns in Blades and other FitD systems. I don't recall ever having a player declare enough items that load becomes an issue.

We will say our loads before we go in, and we have declared light or heavy as thematically appropriate, but in practice, no one actually ends up using their Loadout much--might as well have gone in Light just to say we can be inconspicuous.

What's your experience with this?
