Is everything just a shadow of me

So if I see a bottle of blue colour, the colour blue I see, it is blue because my eyes has the ability of seeing blue, and the shape of the bottle is also my brains ability to perceive space time and objects in 3d, and also the meaning to that object which is bottle is given by my brain to it which I learned from my parents when I was kid

So the reality which I construct is just my own beliefs, conditioning and my body's shadow

Is this the dvaita the duality and clearly seeing this and dissolving it will be a step towards Advaita

THE COMPLETE CAUSAL STRUCTURE OF HUMAN OUTPUT, THIS HELPS IN REALSING THE EGO'S AND REACHING CLOSE TO TRUTH

LAYER 1: RAW INPUTS

LAYER 2: CONDITIONING FORMATION

LAYER 3: STORED INTERNAL ARCHITECTURE

LAYER 4: TRIGGER + PROCESSING

LAYER 5: OUTPUT

LAYER 1: RAW INPUTS

What enters the system

Biological

  • Genetics (temperament, predispositions, nervous system sensitivity)
  • Hormonal state (testosterone, cortisol, dopamine baseline levels)
  • Physical state (hunger, sleep, pain, illness)
  • Evolutionary drives (survival, reproduction, status, belonging)

Environmental

  • Family structure and early attachment
  • Culture, religion, language
  • Socioeconomic conditions
  • Trauma and peak emotional experiences
  • Education, media, peer groups
  • Reward and punishment history

These two sources are the only things feeding the system. Nothing inside a human originated from nowhere.

LAYER 2: CONDITIONING FORMATION

How raw inputs get encoded

Mechanism: Repetition + emotional intensity = depth of encoding

Three variables determine how strongly something gets conditioned:

Variable Effect
Repetition More repetition = deeper groove
Emotional charge Higher emotion = faster encoding
Age of exposure Earlier exposure = more foundational

A single traumatic event at age 6 can condition more deeply than a thousand neutral repetitions at age 30. This is why childhood conditioning is disproportionately powerful — high emotion, early age, repeated family environment.

LAYER 3: STORED INTERNAL ARCHITECTURE

What conditioning builds inside

This is the operating system. Five components:

1. Beliefs Compressed conclusions about reality.

  • About self: "I am capable / I am a burden"
  • About others: "People are trustworthy / People will exploit you"
  • About the world: "Effort leads to reward / The system is rigged"

Invisible. Experienced as fact, not opinion.

2. Memories Not neutral recordings. Stored with emotional tags. The emotional tag is what makes a memory retrievable and influential — not the factual content.

3. Habits Automated behavioral sequences. Bypasses conscious thought entirely once formed. Triggered by cue → runs automatically.

4. Identity The narrative self. A story constructed from selected memories and beliefs that answers: "Who am I?" Functions as a filter — accepts information that confirms it, distorts or rejects information that contradicts it.

5. Emotional baseline The default emotional state the system returns to. Determined by biology and long-term conditioning. Sets the threshold for how easily different emotions get triggered.

LAYER 4: TRIGGER + PROCESSING

What happens when a stimulus hits the system

STIMULUS (external event or internal thought)
            ↓
    ┌───────────────────┐
    │ AMYGDALA SCAN │ ← Is this a threat / reward / neutral?
    │ (pre-conscious) │ Happens in milliseconds
    └───────────────────┘
            ↓
    ┌─────────────────────────────┐
│ PATTERN MATCH │ ← Stimulus matched against
│ against stored architecture│ stored beliefs, memories,
    │ │ identity
    └─────────────────────────────┘
            ↓
         Two simultaneous streams:

    EMOTIONAL STREAM COGNITIVE STREAM
    ↓ ↓
    Body response Thought arises
    (felt signal) (interpretation)
    ↓ ↓
    └──────────┬───────────────┘
               ↓
        FEEDBACK LOOP
        (thought intensifies emotion
         emotion biases thought)
               ↓
        ATTENTION SETTLES
(on threat / solution / narrative / escape)
               ↓
        IMPULSE FORMS
        (direction of energy becomes clear)

LAYER 5: OUTPUT

What the system produces

Everything a human produces falls into one of these categories:

A. Emotional Output

  • Felt internally: anxiety, joy, shame, excitement, grief, anger
  • Expressed externally: crying, laughing, tone of voice, facial expression
  • Suppressed: stored back into the body, resurfaces later

B. Verbal Output

  • Spontaneous speech (low filter, high conditioning visibility)
  • Deliberate speech (more cortical control, but still conditioned in content)
  • Written communication

C. Behavioral Output

  • Reflexive actions (fastest — nearly pure conditioning)
  • Habitual actions (automatic, cue-triggered)
  • Deliberate actions (slower, involves conscious processing but still upstream-determined)
  • Inaction / avoidance (also an output — often the most conditioned response)

D. Physiological Output

  • Heart rate, breathing, muscle tension
  • These are mostly involuntary but directly readable as signals of internal state
  • Often more honest than verbal or behavioral output

E. Creative / Cognitive Output

  • Ideas, decisions, problem-solving, art
  • Feel most "freely chosen" but are recombinations of stored architecture
  • A person cannot generate an idea for which they have zero prior input

THE COMPLETE PICTURE

FEEDS BACK INTO CONDITIONING

The last arrow is the most important one.

Every output a human produces becomes a new input. Acting angrily reinforces the anger pattern. Avoiding a situation reinforces the avoidance pattern. Speaking a belief out loud deepens it.

The system is a closed loop that continuously conditions itself based on its own outputs.

This is why change is hard — and why the leverage is always upstream, never at the output level.

We are all running a race. Chasing things — money, relationships, success, experiences. And what keeps us running is hope.

The hope that the next thing will finally make us feel complete. Finally fill the emptiness inside.

But here's what actually happens — we get the thing. It feels good for a moment. Then the feeling fades. And the emptiness returns. So we reach for the next thing. And the cycle repeats endlessly.

But notice — the hope never dies. Even after being disappointed a hundred times, the ego keeps believing — "maybe this time."

And that hope is not innocent. Every time we reach outward for completeness — we are silently confirming that we are incomplete. That fullness is out there somewhere. Not here. Not now.

That belief — "I am lacking something" — is exactly what keeps the separation alive.

The ego stays separate because it keeps looking outside itself for something it thinks it's missing.

But when you stop reaching — even for a moment — and just sit with the emptiness itself — you find something unexpected.

A quiet witness. Already here. Watching the restlessness. Watching the desire. Watching the hope.

Needing nothing. Missing nothing. Already complete.

That witness was never empty. The ego just forgot to look there.
