I tried to get his attention but when I yelled "Duck" he just crouched down.

This incident occurred in Putnam Co TN. Note: This is not my incident report, but is an active conversation among providers in the region.

PT biba, ambulatory w/o assistance, noted bradycardia with otherwise unremarkable vitals. Presents slightly pale, but w/o significant distress.
