Looking for monthly rental/hotel June - August, budget is $2000/month!
Hello & good evening fellow Baltimore residents!
Me, my friend/roommate & her cat are looking for monthly accommodations due to our current lease ending and us choosing not to resign (Building is not in livable conditions, unfortunately. I can hear the mice getting through the steel wool as I'm typing this, no joke!)
Our lease ends this month and we are SOL looking for a place in our budget. I found a hotel for $2400 in June but the rate almost doubles the following month so it's only temporary.
Anyone know of a place that's clean and allows pets? We are also looking for a kitchen since eating out is an extra expense.
Our credit is low/rebuilding, and we don't have money for a security deposit.
Looking for MONTH TO MONTH rental if anyone knows a spot please let me know.
