I had a friend years ago tell me she used her vacuum to get the live bugs out of her son's hair. Then proceeded to comb out as many eggs as she could. She vacuumed several times over the next 2 weeks and said they were gone after that. I see that there are now actual vacuum attachments marketed for this purpose. Does these work? Any merit with these tools for getting rid of lice? Are they strong enough?
