We are staying at a hotel on the strip, breakfast is included but we are already sick of it. Can anyone give me suggestions on a local small business "mom&pop" type nook to get breakfast

We will be visiting for a weekend at the end of May, what's the weather usually like. We have a hotel rental on the beach, so I was thinking it's going to be a little chilly?🤷‍♀️

I currently live in MA and the weather is so confusing here. Any help please
