We have full coverage USAA Auto Insurance. My wife traveled to California yesterday and rented a car, declining additional coverage because we have USAA. Today (Saturday) someone left a note on car to indicate they backed into the rental car. There is a small scar on the front panel, small but damage nonetheless. Wife returns car tomorrow, Sunday. No representatives to talk to at USAA right now, Who makes a claim against whom in this case??wife
