Anyone back to weightlifting after a lateral root repair?

I got a lateral root tear about 3 years ago that was missed on all MRI’s and a previous exploratory scope. I am just now going to get it repaired in about a month. I am a full time personal trainer and my lifetime passion is weightlifting. I have been unable to do any squatting, leg pressing, lunging since the initial injury and am wondering if anyone has had luck post lateral root repair.

Biggest issues with the Beta striking

Head movement not as effective. Most strikes just hit you anyway.
Tracking is very off. Like 75% of my KO wins the strike didn’t land.
Teep kicks don’t push back, don’t intercept, and do no damage now.
Body jab, straight have no range and have a massive counter window with literally any strike.
Long term stamina too high. People throwing 120 strikes a round and missing 75% still close to full starting next round.

I think it’ll be about 6 months of patches to balance as with all ufc games but still fun af to play.

Please increase range for body jab in UFC 6

You used to be able to use the body jab very effectively in ufc 4 but they nerfed it in 5 where it has no range at all. It is low damage but was good at disrupting or landing after someone throws a long combo.

“The lateral meniscus has a posterior horn tear involving the root and adjacent to the root. I think that this is a root avulsion injury that is subtle. There is some complexity of the tear adjacent to the root. This was not noted by the radiologist in the report. I had Greg Schucany, MD, over-read this scan and he agrees with me that there is a lateral meniscus posterior horn root complex tear.” Getting a root tear repair finally after 3 years of constant pain and inability to progress quad strength.
