What do you guys think of this mega evolution-like concept?

My Pokemon fan game is based in Australia.

Where the 4 main Legendires are sealed away but are releasing massive amounts of natural and spiritual energy.

In this region Pokemon pushed to the brink can take in this energy for either just a power boost but if they can't handle that energy they go berserk called resonance state.

But if they are capable they can use that energy to heal up as being under 50% hp is a threshold to do it and undergo a mega like evolution. E.g. the Tropius attached.

So in our game Pokemon resonance there is a 3rd whom isn't about to get one of main starters they obtain this starter pendrake which evolves into chromako.

These Pokemon are based on the Australian penny lizard and blue tongue lizards

Chromako has the cool ability where it's normal typing becomes whatever type it just used plus it's dragon typing like protean plus dragon typing.

But also it's tongue changes to the colour of that type

Hi all as the title says Pokemon resonance is looking for people interested in working on a Pokemon fan game based in Australia. This a story driven game that combines all walks of Australian life from indigenous stories to Australian science to street culture.

We have developed some amazing abilities and attacks for example a kookaburra who's sound confuses foes

in the roles of mapping, creating side quests and world building though that and someone who understands Pokemon stat making and team balancing so the game has a decent challenge but not a walk in the park.

But to go into it in detail in each role and what we are looking for;

Mapping: we already have an amazing map designer so looking for someone to add internal maps to our buildings.

Side quest writer: keeping to the Australian spirit of community our Pokemon centres have a community notice board of jobs to help out in each town. This too helps build out the world that the Oz-zee region is. The idea at the moment is the more gym badges. A player has the harder jobs they can take on.

Balancer: there are plans for a large range of new fakemon so we need someone who is experienced in balancing Pokemon as well as making gyms and trainer teams that are fair but challenging for players.

Hi all we've been showing off some of the wonderful Pokemon of the OZ-zee region and thought why show the region map?

So this is the region map at the moment. So up to the gym 3. But we 'd like to hear what you think of it so far.

Our team is making an Australian fan game named, Pokemon resonance.

We are wondering which of the 3 starters would the community pick?

The fire starter Flarby, the Bilby Pokemon

the grass starter Muggling, the flowering gum Pokemon

or the Water starter Crakka the yabbie Pokemon.

It's not ready yet but I'm more seeing if there would be interest.

I am currently making a Pokemon fan game based in Australia and I was thinking after seeing this Reddit how amazing it would be if the game had actual voice acting.

Please delete if this isnt the right place to ask. At the moment we have a main cast of 5

If it was to get voice acting I would ask if they are all Australian.
