Canal Corridor 100
I'm running the Canal Corridor 100 next weekend. It's a very flat course which is different from the other 100s I've run (Grindstone, UTMB Mont-Blanc). I'm assuming it'll be easier, and that I'll be able to run it faster, but am I missing something? Are flat ultras harder than they seem? Not that there's anything I can do at this point to prepare, just checking/obsessing.
