M4 iPad Pro not eligible for trade-in

A month ago I purchased an M4 iPad Pro from Best Buy Open-Box. Immediately upon checking online showed the trade-in value at $620 GC from Apple.

About a week later I noticed some screen issues and proceeded to get the screen replaced through AppleCare+.

Now, upon checking the serial number online, the Apple Trade-in site gives the error message: “This serial number is not eligible for trade in. Please try a different serial number.”

Does anyone know why this would be? I’ve contacted Apple support multiple times about the issue and they can’t explain it.

Best filament for SUG FreeBeam ITX case

SUG FreeBeam post for reference: https://www.reddit.com/r/3DPPC/s/LLa1vUf5xS

I want to print this ITX case but I’m wondering what would be the best filament to print it in? The case designer prints it in PETG-CF but I’m wondering if it would be viable to use PLA or possibly HT-PLA or PETG-ESD? Something with good strength but better heat resistance than regular PETG or PLA, but that doesn’t require a hardened nozzle or high print temps (like ASA or ABS).

I purchased an 11" iPad Pro M4 from Best Buy a couple weeks ago. It was Open-Box and had really bad burn-in (similar to the photos in this post, but much worse). I purchased AppleCare+ and had the screen replaced through Apple.

After receiving the iPad back I discovered that the new screen still appears to have burn-in. It's very slight and now only noticeable in a dark room with brightness turned all the way down. So I took the iPad back to Apple, and they told me what I was seeing was in fact not burn-in, but simply the actual OLED screen underneath (the burn-in was not visible at the Apple store due to the bright lights and white ceiling, and the "Genius" at the "Genius Bar" refused to look at it in a dark room).

The pictures attached are of the iPad with its current screen in a completely dark room with the brightness turned down.

tl;dr Apple replaced the screen in my iPad Pro M4 due to burn-in with a new screen that also has burn-in

edit: see more pictures linked here with burn-in pattern matching the default M4 background screen
