PS Store and Library needs better filtering for Multiplayer.
I'm frustrated with the hoops and hurdles I need to jump through to find out if a game has local multiplayer, online multiplayer, and whether or not said multiplayer applies to the campaign, a side mini campaign, or just a versus mode.
Let's tackle a scenario where I just want to look through the games I own to play something with my buddy in-person.
For whatever reason, I am unable to filter my Library by the same filters available within the PS Store including "Supported Features", so if I'm looking through my own collection for local co-op, I need to either create my own folders ahead of time or I need to search through the PS Store for the games I do own which is a terrible user experience. And this still doesn't make it clear enough whether or not the games I'm looking at offer a full cooperative campaign or a bonus arcade mode (whether cooperative or competitive).
Co-Optimus is a great resource, but we should not have to use a third party tool for something so simple. Especially since you still run into the problem of filters for consoles not representing what is currently available in a situation where a PS3 game is or is not available for streaming on PS5. It just becomes a game of going back and forth to figure out which games are actually an option.
