Axle Grease Leaking. What's a good rebuild kit?

Found this one but I can't confirm if it is outer or inner. The tags below say outer.

It's the driver's side, behind the rear wheel that's leaking. Can anyone please confirm if this is it?

I was on s2ki and saw that people are using for grease:

Valvoline full synthetic CV joint grease Molly fortified, Extreme temperature protection from -40°F to 400°F Drop point: 500°F minimum
Or
Mobil synthetic grease

Which one do you recommend? Just the part and the grease, correct? Will I need anything else?
I'm new to this car and not really mechanically inclined yet but willing to learn.

255/40/17 Rear Tires Rubbing, what's the solution?

New S2000 owner. I bought the Kosei K1 ts wheels from another S2000 owner who was running the same tire sizes. I was stupid enough to not ask him if his fenders were rolled and the tabs were relocated or not. I didn't give it much thought. He mentioned he was lowered as well and it didn't rub.

When I am going 65+ on the highway/interstate and there are bumps on the road, I hear what I think is the rear tire rubbing on the driver's side. Passenger side when there is a passenger. If the bump is really bad then on both sides but that's rare. I don't see any marks on the tires rhough.Lately I have been thinking if it's the old shocks that are bottoming out or not. Please help me figure out what to do. I don't want to roll my fenders or relocate my tabs.

Specs:
2003 AP1
Kosei K1 TS 17x8 +45
255/40/17 Indy 500s
H&R lowering springs on stock shocks.
-2.1~2.2 camber.
.15 toe in

Given what I have mentioned above, do you think I should:
i. Adjust my camber to -2.5 or
ii. Get a new set of wheels or
iii. Get 245s and have the same set of wheels or
iv. A combination of two or more of the above

Car is for street use only and will see twisty mountain roads.

I know, I know, 255s are too wide for 8" wheels. The other guy was running the same size so I didn't question it.
