RT. I've seen a few immigration lawyers websites in 2 languages mentioned that you could apply for PR after just 2 years on Blue Card in Sweden. Some also mentioned that you will have to reach B2 in Swedish to qualify. However, Migrationsverket only mentions that if you've had Blue Card for 4 years, you can apply for PR with no mention of language requirements or any possibility for different timelines. So does it even exist?

And assuming no, what's the benefit of Blue Card over normal work permits?
