When did Adobe start scamming people? I signed up for a 7 day free trial, cancelled it an hour later because it wasn't what I needed, got a cancellation confirmation, then after 7 days my card got charged for the full subscription. FRAUD. I have called customer service several times, and after following the phone tree to billing issues, they hang up on me.
