Silencer Co S98 & X300U

9 days for a Trust E-Form approval, Yay! … Super excited and then it becomes apparent that this Silencer can not fit a glock 19 and a Surefire X300U. All of my holsters are for X300s. Not to mention most of the Suppressed holsters like the Hush or the T-Rex Ragnarok Sd are for x300s alike. Are there any other lights you guys know of that will lock up in an x300 holster I have 2 safariland 6354s, a raven concealment, and a few other iwbs for x300 and optic. I’d hate to have to drop $1000 on holsters just to have a permanent light on a pistol.

i should have gotten the spectre 9… but the QD mount was so appealing.

Tell me what TV to buy, corner unit, wall to wall floor to ceiling windows.

Hey guys, moved to a new place with about 10 floor to ceiling wall to wall windows. Where the TV will face the windows. I do game here and there (20%), but mostly apple TV. Looking to upgrade tom something that is glare resistant and bright. I did do a 50% tint on all the windows and that helped some, mostly where I don't have to squint when I enter the room.

Looks like the LG G6 or Samsung S95H? I also have a Hue Light Strip behind the TV with a SYNC box, not sure if the metal bezel of the S95H will make that difficult?

Proof PXT CF vs Stainless for Team Sniper Challenge Build

Hey guys, I am wanting to explore the PXT line of barrels, specifically for Team Sniper Challenges. Would a CF barrel be worth the weight savings or should I stick with Stainless? Since we have to carry all the gear around I wouldn't mind saving 5lbs with CF. Max distance for them will be about 1400 yds. I understand the price is about double to go CF but Im ok with that if it will be better.

Senn EW DX Instrument Pack Robbing Tone?

Hey guys so in a rehearsal yesterday we were trouble shooting why the guitar sounds weak/falls off quickly.

Here is the signal chain:
1.) Guitar to EW DX SK via 1/4inch to threaded 1/8inch (sennheiser cable)

2.) EW DX Em2 receiver in rack XLR output run to pedal board (50 feet) to Radial Pro Reamp passive (“studio” blue)

3.) 1/4 inch from radial to pedal board

4.) pedal board output 1/4inch to radial pro DI > XLR back to stage box

Here are some things we tried.
1- Gain/Volume matching the Radial ReAmp to the guitar being directly plugged in to the pedal board. Which was the radial being turned all the way up.
2- Swapped XLRs
3- Shorter 25 foot XLR
4- Boosted Gain at receiver/turned down AF Trim
5- Lowered Gain at receiver/boosted AF Trim
6- Tried all 3 cable emulators on the pack.

I have tried this exact set up with another artist and it didn’t rob the guitar tone, the only change was his EW DX SK was the one with the 3 pin LEMO connector.

We also tried an old Shure GLXD at the pedal board and it sounded great.

Jamming mags on the move, or just carry more loaded mags?

In sept I'm shooting my first team match. Where you ruck the whole COF with everything you need for the day. How are people storing loose ammo? Or should I just buy a bunch more mags and keep them loaded?

Ive seen people use DAKA pouches, but grabbing that out of my bag and trying to load mags on the move seems like a pain. Maybe there is some sort of dangler pouch I can mount off my bino harness? any tips and tricks are welcome.

The start of the 6.5cm build

I have a MDT chassis for my savage already, but i have on order a zermatt origin so i only had to order the rem700 receiver base from MDT. Criterion 26” MTU barrel (planning to cut down to 22”) and a trigger tech diamond flat face.

excited to get this done before a teams comp in sept.
