Is packout worth it?

I have a Mercedes metris van and run a property maintenance company so I have all sorts of tools and small parts in there right now I just have a shelf and a couple regular totes and toolboxes and I get disorganized pretty fast does anyone have a similar setup and how do they manage it being in a relatively small van? Is packout the best option?

ISO truck parking

Does anyone have a large driveway or a couple parking spots they’d be interested in renting out? I’m looking for parking for two small dump trucks. Happy to plow the property in the winter as part of the deal too. I am located in Medford. Open to surrounding towns. Ideally not a super tight street haha. Please pm me or my cell is 857-777-6317. Thanks

Best compact plow truck?

My company has a contract with a parking rental company to clear their parking spots and lots. Their lots are really tight to get into for the most part and we did it for the past 2 years in an 05 Chevy 1500 (short bed, supercab) and even that was too big to fit in a lot of them. So I need something small. Like an older ranger, Tacoma, etc. I’d do a jeep but I need the bed for a blower, shovels, salt, etc. and also a pickup is just more useful to have in my company fleet than a jeep in general. Any suggestions? I do not want to use equipment as I don’t have much use for it outside of snow season

My day of work today 😁

Open to criticism and tips on the cold patch and crack filling I know that didn’t come out too hot

Decided to skip college and run my own business and it’s probably the best decision I’ve made

How’s the uc4051a chainsaw?

Considering buying it- have been in the market for a decent chainsaw but hate gas tools. I run a property maintenance company so we aren’t cutting down trees all day. Just need something strong enough to cut some shit. I have an m18 chainsaw and hate it so figured something corded will be a good in between.

I’ve been debating between all the cargo vans… promaster, transit, chevy express, even the Nissan NV or metris. Sprinter would be nice but expensive for right now. Promaster seems like the best option since there’s a ton of cargo space and I use my van not only for service work but also some hauling junk and small moves from time to time. But have also heard they’re not reliable. Suggestions?

Right now my list is
#1 promaster or express
#2 transit
#3 Nissan (would be higher but they’re so ugly lmao)
#4 metris (I do like having small van, metris seems like a good middle ground between a transit connect and a full size van)
#5 e series , obviously quite reliable and spacious but I hate how they drive feels like a semi truck.
#6 sprinter, obviously nice but just too expensive for where I’m at. my budget is 10-20k range. looking for something used but not clapped

My van only has around 111,000 miles on it, bought it last year, have already had to do the brakes twice, new subframe, replace all the belts, replace AC, among other things. And it still feels pretty shitty. I don’t want to keep wasting money on this thing

any other decent vans out there?

thanks!!
