[Famicom?][1980s-1990s] Office manager or business simulator video game with "realistic" (for the time) graphics that was japan exclusive with a crazy good jazz soundtrack

I watched a youtube video on this some time ago in which it detailed how the soundtrack was just a real jazz album adapted for the video game. I've tried searching but I can't find it anywhere, worth noting that the console and year are just guesswork based on how I remember it looking and sounding. Attached image is not the game just an example of something close to what I seem to recall

How long should you wear your last set for after completion?

Been on my last set for about a year now and I'm just wondering whether I should stop wearing them and replace them with a new long-term retainer. I've heard some people do that and some people stick with their last set as a pair of pseudo-retainers, and I was just wondering if that's an actual option or a bad decision since so far I haven't ran into any problems maintaining these and they've kept my teeth in place just fine. Thank you 😄
