Can you join the military to avoid being deposed in a civil or criminal case?
Long story short, a local criminal case is back in the news after one of the suspects told lawyers he will have to be deposed within the next seven days because he’s shipping off to boot camp and will be unavailable thereafter. How is this going to play out?
