Can someone find me the policy on PTO payout in the handbook? Please 🥹🥹

So I’m a supervisor and my position is open on paradox. They’ve been having people apply and I think I’m going to be replaced or demoted soon, lol. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I’ve been here for 3 months as the stocking supervisor. I love my job I just don’t love the management. There is zero respect and they just keep poking and prodding. The district manager is completely rude.

Within one hour I received these emails. “Hire hire hire!” “Great sales, sorry everyone’s drowning in freight” and then lastly “cut everyone’s hours”. The amount of greed is actually insane. I try to keep my team happy and positive but then my manager comes in and shits on all of it. Has anyone else had a hard time dealing with being a supervisor? I want to be the best I can at my job but they don’t provide support at all. I’m genuinely contemplating leaving to find other work.
