$130 on sale at Costco - should I buy two?

I was going to buy the Pro but then the original Crispi was on sale at Costco yesterday for $130. I pulled the trigger and air fried a chicken in it last night, which turned out great. I am considering purchasing a 2nd fryer so I can cook vegetables and other sides at the same time as my protein. Is this dumb? Will I blow the breaker in my house using two air fryers simultaneously? Should I just time my cooking so that the vegetables are frying while the meat is "resting" which is necessary for roasted chicken anyway?
